About
Sonu Singh Rajput born in Jalandhar (1985) Punjab in a normal farmer’s family. I used to begin lifting weights at the age of 13 and then started working out in a proper manner because I started liking it.
Journey
My Journey began in the year 1999 at Fatehgarh sahib when I started training and moved to Jalandhar for a while and then shifted to Mohali (SAS nagar) for more experience and higher training
From 1999 to 2007 I struggled a lot because lack of guidance and knowledge. Then I start learning by myself about bodybuilding as much as I can reading so many books and gather immense amount of knowledge from the doctors and different coaches to build my dream physique. Had so many muscles injuries but always try to learn more and more to treat in a better way.
